- Complete refund process normally takes about 10-15 working days. This includes time for product pickup, quality inspection, confirmation & refund initiation.
- You can return contact lenses within 7 days in case you are not satisfied.
- Customer will have to bare the courier cost in case of return or exchange of contact lenses.
- Contact lens box once opened or torn will not be replaced
- In case of offer like flat 25% off on purchase of 4 boxes, all boxes have to be returned. 1 ,2 or 3 boxes alone cannot be returned.
