Complete refund process normally takes about 10-15 working days. This includes time for product pickup, quality inspection, confirmation & refund initiation.

Spectacle Frame 

• You can return them within 7 days in case you are not satisfied.
• All accessories sent along should be returned.
• Once we receive items back from you , we will inspect them for any kind of damage and process your refund.
• Customer will have to bare the courier cost in case of return or exchange of sunglasses.

Spectacle Lens 

• Spectacle lens are made precisely as per your spectacle prescription.
• We do not accept any kind of returns for spectacle lenses , unless or until the frame is defective.

Warranty 

• One Year Warranty is applicable for spectacle frame.
• This warranty is not applicable on damages resulting from any sort of negligence, mishandling, accidents, corrosion , scratches or rust, and loss of components or accessories on the customer's part.
• Scratches on any of the above items cannot be removed & there is no warranty for that.
• Discoloration of metal frames will be dealt on case to case basis. (Within 6 months of purchase).
